Oliver Blake Homes was created by our director after years of experience in the building industry, building residential family homes and commercial developments.  Oliver Blake Homes is the sister company of Capital Building Consultants.

Capital Building Consultants is a company that acts as expert witness in the building industry that deals with disputes between builders and their clients should they arise.

Oliver Blake Homes was formed after the amount of building disputes was on the rise to provide our clients with a stress free build. Treating people with respect, honesty and sincerity is important to us. We only use the highest quality tradesmen to achieve the standards of workmanship and compliance. We only work with a select few of the highest quality and professional subcontractors on our sites.  These are people who  have worked with us before and have established a high degree of trust.
